Community Health Center France is a community agency delivering adult and children’s services to the residents of Paris. We are a charitable, non-profit organization. Our funders include the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, the Ministry of Community and Social Services/Children and Youth, the United Way. NFCS Adult Services
Family Counselling Program: A counselling program for families and individuals to help them through difficult times. Service is available to individuals, couples and groups. This program is funded by the United Way.
Adult Protective Services Worker : A community support program for adults with developmental disabilities
Community Support Services: Services for Seniors and those with Physical Disabilities:
- Home Help: House cleaning at a reasonable cost.
- Transportation: A service for those who require drivers for medical appointments and shopping.
- Caregiver Counseling Support: Assistance to those who are dealing with the stresses of caregiving.

- Friendly Visiting: Exactly as it sounds, a friendly visit by a volunteer .
- Meals-on-Wheels: Hot noon-time meals delivered to the door twice a week.
- Congregate Diners: A monthly hot noon meal served at several locations.
- Adult Day Away: A weekly day for those facing the challenging issues related to aging.
- Adult Day Program: A weekly supervised day of activities for seniors who haveage-related conditions. Caregivers benefit from this respite time as well.
- Lifeline: A 24-hour electronic monitoring service that summons help in emergencies.
- Foot Care: Monthly professional foot care service, in several locations.
- In-Home Respite: Caregivers receive a break when a qualified respite worker visits to supervise and interact with a family member.
Note: the above seniors’ services are also available to the physically disabled under
certain circumstances.

Pathways for Children and Youth Community Counsellor 613-279-2248:
Pathways’ purpose is to meet the mental health needs of children and youth from birth to 18 years of age in Frontenac and Lennox & Addington Counties.
Early Expressions, Speech and Language 613-546-3854:
Provided through the KFL&A Public Health. Speech assessment, therapy and consultations for children under 6 years of age.
Infant Development Program 613-279-3350:
This is a home-visiting program, providing parents with resources and support to help their infant or young child in all areas of development.
Resource Teacher Program 613-546-6613:
Implements programs for special needs children in all licensed programs.
Baby Talk Drop-in 613-549-1232:
Public Health Nurse attends The Child Centre’s Baby Group monthly. The nurse is on hand to answer any questions from parents and caregivers.
